We’re hiring! – well, not exactly, we’re looking for volunteers to take part in our committee.

We’re looking for the right people to develop our organisation for the boating community. We’re inviting applications from interested parties, who are ideally part of the boating or canal community already. We’re still developing the LCBA so it’s difficult to say how much time you will need to volunteer, but you can volunteer as much or as little time as you like. Typically you will need to be available on at least one Tuesday evening per month for committee meetings.

Due to our constitution, there are limited committee posts available. You will hold the post for about a year.

Closing date for this round of applications is 1st March 2026. Please complete the form below. You will recieve confirmation that we have recieved your application once you submit the form. We will be in contact with all applicants within a few weeks of the closing date.
