We all hope it won’t happen, but, should you need help in an emergency, ensure that the emergency services can find your boat when in a remote location.

What3Words is a free app that divides the world into 3 metre
squares and gives each square a unique combination of three words. Making it easier to pinpoint your location. It is recognised by the Emergency services in the UK.

The LCBA also uses What3Words so that we know where you are when we make home visits. We recommend that you download the app just in case you ever need us to come and find you.
